Travelers with mobility limitations, senior travelers, those traveling with small children, and those who may require special arrangements may need to speak with the airline before traveling. Customer service can explain what process travelers will need to follow to request assistance, and what information may be needed. Travelers can notify the airline early so arrangements may be made to accommodate these needs with the airline’s established procedures.
