FormaPortal gives an organisation its own private, branded portal on its own domain, and covers the whole relationship with the people it lets in: clients, members, investors, shareholders, franchisees, volunteers, supporters.
The problem it settles is a familiar one. You have a group of people who need a private place to deal with you. It has to look like you, let the right ones in, show each of them the right things, keep a record of all of it, and take the money. Every other answer splits that across a website builder with logins bolted on, a form tool, a file share, a payment link and a spreadsheet holding them together. The alternative is a development project, an agency quote and a build measured in months. FormaPortal is the one place, and the owner configures it instead of commissioning it.
**Your brand, not ours.** Connect your own domain, set your colours, typeface and logo. Portals can be public with private areas behind the login, or private end to end.
**Onboarding on your terms.** Approval before access is a setting, not the premise: run open registration and people sign up and get straight in, or ask them to apply first. Build the application form you actually need from text, dates, dropdowns, file uploads and agreements. Review submissions in one queue and approve or decline with a reason that reaches the applicant automatically. Approving someone puts them on the tier you chose and opens what that tier allows, with nothing to set up afterwards. Chain several forms so nobody skips a step. Sign-in is passwordless.
**Publishing that respects access.** Documents, pages, announcements, events and courses are each public, open to members, or limited to particular membership tiers, and anyone without access never sees that the item exists. You define the tiers your organisation actually uses, keep some off the public list so only your team hands them out. Organisation accounts group colleagues under one shared account with its own owners and members, which fits a client company, a member firm, a building or an affiliated club, and lets you ask for an agreement once per organisation rather than chasing everyone in it. Individuals hold accounts in their own name alongside them.
**Participation, not just viewing.** A community board, polls and voting, support tickets, enquiries, an event hub and a searchable member directory.
**Revenue through the same portal.** Subscription and membership dues, paid event tickets, a store for digital and physical goods, discount codes, self-serve plan changes, an affiliate programme, quotes, invoices, tax calculations, order tracking and stored payment methods.
**A record that keeps itself.** Every acceptance of your terms or privacy policy is stored with the date and where it came from, and publishing an updated policy asks the people it affects again before they carry on. Each submission stores its questions and answers exactly as they stood, so editing a form later leaves past records untouched. Material changes can force everyone onto the current version of a form while older responses stay on file against the version they were made under. Contact records carry a readable change history with values before and after, and the activity log shows every meaningful action with the person, the time and what changed. Team roles separate Owner, Admin and Staff access. Data export is unrestricted and needs nobody’s permission.
**Reporting and integrations.** Dashboards over your own numbers, Zapier, accounting integrations, Google Tag Manager and an MCP server for AI assistants.
Monthly plans are available across different tiers, with annual billing at a discounted fee. Every plan generously covers the core features. Payments taken through the portal carry a commission on top of Stripe’s own fees, with the rate varying by plan. Additional capacity is available on top of any plan. Larger or bespoke arrangements set their own allowances, commission, support and price per deployment, and open the advanced modules.
FormaPortal plans include core features such as a form builder, onboarding steps, membership tiers, your own custom domain, a document and media library, Stripe payments for subscriptions, tickets and store, password, emailed-code or magic-link sign-in, and your branding throughout, along with pages, FAQs and announcements, approve/reject access requests, content gated by tier, emails from your own domain, events with ticketing, terms and consent records, role-based team permissions, and individual and organisation accounts, plus more besides.
FormaPortal suits micro, small and medium organisations: accountancy practices law firms, property managers, agencies and consultancies, franchise networks, sports clubs and federations, recruiters, charities, private clubs, professional associations and post-crowdfunding companies with retail shareholders.
